Facade Grant was awarded in late 2005 for the installation of an 8’ Decorative fence with cobblestone flooring to be used as an outdoor display area for large pottery items.
Grant amount: $3,244.00.
Purchased in 2003 by Thomas Diaz, the renovations performed included roof restoration, installations of awnings, repainting the entire exterior and interior of the building, gravel and level the parking lot, install a 6’ decorative metal fence and landscaping.
This business received a Beautification award from the City of Rockledge in 2005.
