At our northern border sits Florida Avenue. Adjacent to our oldest historic portions of the City, the area between Florida Avenue and US Highway 1 has transformed to be predominately offices, with some restaurants and services. This provides synergy for one of our most precious assets, Wuesthoff Hospital.
Home to Rockledge High School and the champion Raiders, Florida Avenue’s position adjacent to Cocoa Village and frontage on US 1, make it a target for extraordinary change in the next few years.
